To further expand our talent selection platform, we are looking for a Business Development Representative. Someone who will ensure that even more companies improve their recruitment process with AI- and data-driven insights.

Shape the Future of the Selection Process

As a Business Development Representative, you are a driving force behind our growth. Our ambitions are high, which means there’s plenty of room for pioneering. You’ll create valuable business opportunities with companies that want to improve their selection process. With your insight into their needs, you’ll continuously help us improve our services. You’ll do this together with colleagues from Development, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Reach out to both inbound and outbound leads via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs, qualify them, and hand them over to our Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop plans for approaching specific markets, using a strategic mix of sales campaigns, marketing activities, events, and partner channels.
  • Maintain active contact with potential customers who are not yet ready to buy, keeping them engaged and working closely with the sales team to activate them at the right moment.
  • Research market trends and developments and creatively apply these insights to your outreach plans. Based on current processes, provide concrete examples of how our technology directly adds value to their hiring strategy.
  • Whether it’s automated outreach or personalized emails to decision-makers and industry leaders: you bring creativity and energy to our campaigns, ensuring they deliver real results.

About you

You also have:

  • 0 to 3 years of work experience, preferably in a recruitment-related role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (Dutch and English).
  • A results-oriented mindset and the drive to go the extra mile.
  • A curious, eager-to-learn attitude and a team-oriented way of working.
  • Interest in the latest developments in HR-tech and recruitment.
