- Fair competition must be maintained at all times.

4. Labour & Human Rights
- No forced, bonded, or child labour.
- Provide safe and healthy working conditions.
- Uphold freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining.
- Ensure equal opportunity and non-discrimination.
5. Environmental Responsibility
- Operate in a way that minimises environmental impact and actively work to reduce emissions and waste.
- Comply with all relevant environmental regulations.
- Avoid sourcing from CSR high-risk countries unless compliance with sustainability standards can be demonstrated.
6. Data Protection & Confidentiality
- Protect personal data in accordance with GDPR and other applicable privacy laws.
- Maintain confidentiality of The Selection Lab’s proprietary and client information.
7. Monitoring & Enforcement
- We reserve the right to assess compliance through audits or reviews.
- Non-compliance may result in corrective actions or termination of the business relationship.
