1. How the checklist questionnaire works
Candidates receive the questionnaire via WhatsApp and answer it via WhatsApp as well. They can also ask the chat their own questions about the vacancy they are applying for.
2. View the questions and answers in the report
The questions you asked candidates come back in the report, together with the answers the candidate gave.
3. Choose a closed or open answer per question
You can choose questions with a closed answer, but also questions with an open answer. Useful when you want a candidate to explain their motivation, for example.

- Use closed questions for hard criteria you want to scan quickly, and open questions only where you really want to read the candidate's own words.
