Selection Lab is one platform for the entire selection process, from first contact to first working day. AI agents take over the repetitive work. The Screening AI agent runs the first conversation with every applicant through SmartChat, over WhatsApp or web chat. The Planning AI agent books interviews at a time the candidate picks, and the Onboarding AI agent collects the required documents once the contract is signed. Validated assessments and game-based assessments measure skills, personality, motivation and cognitive ability.
With the Emply integration, moving a candidate to a pipeline phase is enough to start a Selection Lab flow. The outcome comes back to the candidate in Emply.
The Emply integration with Selection Lab uses the automations in Emply. When a candidate reaches the pipeline phase you choose, Emply notifies Selection Lab and the flow linked to that vacancy goes out. The candidate completes the flow and Selection Lab writes the status and the report link back to the candidate in Emply.
