The Mysolution integration with Selection Lab runs in the background. Selection Lab regularly checks your Mysolution environment for candidates who meet the criteria you configured, for example a workflow status of Assessment with an assessment status of To be sent. Each match receives an invitation and the status in Mysolution is updated right away. Once the candidate completes the assessment and shares the results, Selection Lab writes them back to Mysolution.
