The SmartRecruiters integration with Selection Lab lets you send assessments from a hiring step in SmartRecruiters. Add a Test Assignment step to your hiring process, pick the Selection Lab assessment package for that step and choose whether it goes out automatically or by hand. When the candidate completes the assessment, the results are synced back to the candidate profile.
