Ubeeo is a Dutch applicant tracking system used by corporate and public sector employers to manage vacancies, applicants and the selection process in one place.

Selection Lab is one platform for the entire selection process, from first contact to first working day. AI agents take over the repetitive work. With the Ubeeo integration, the stages you already use in Ubeeo drive the Selection Lab flow. Candidates are invited automatically, and every outcome moves them to the matching stage.

The Ubeeo integration with Selection Lab invites candidates to a flow by phone number or email, automatically when they are created or moved to a specific stage within a vacancy. Per vacancy you configure which flow belongs to which stage, and optionally a job profile and the invitation language. A recruiter can also send an invitation by hand with the Selection Lab Assessment button in Ubeeo.

What the integration gives you

• Automatic invitations when a candidate is created or reaches a stage in Ubeeo
• After every step of the flow, such as a checklist, an assessment or a scheduled interview, the candidate moves to the stage that matches the outcome, for both pass and fail
• Multiple flows in sequence within one vacancy, each triggered by its own stage
• The report is added under Documents on the candidate once the results are shared. If the candidate declines, Ubeeo shows that and no report is attached
• Which stage maps to which outcome is configured for your company and can be overridden per flow
