The Workable integration with Selection Lab is quick to set up and needs no technical work on your side. You add Selection Lab under Integrations in Workable, choose in which pipeline stage an assessment should be offered and pick a default assessment for that stage. From then on recruiters send flows, whether SmartChat, assessments or meeting links, from the candidate in Workable. When the candidate shares the results, the report link appears in the Assessment panel on the candidate profile.
