1. How the culture test works
The candidate selects 8 preferences and 4 dislikes. You do the same for the job profile.
2. View the report without a job profile
If you have not selected a job profile, you see the candidate's own preferences and dislikes. Click more and you see per dimension which preferences and dislikes belong to it and what this means overall.
3. Select a job profile
If you do select a job profile, you see the profile's preferences and dislikes next to the candidate's, with a culture match score.
4. Read the match and mismatch
The culture match score shows where there is a match, for example flexibility in hours and location, and where there is a mismatch, for example decisiveness. A mismatch occurs when the candidate marked something as a preference while it is a dislike in the profile, or the other way around.
5. Two views of the same comparison
Within the culture profile you see the overlap between the desired culture and the candidate's preference. Below that you see the job profile and the candidate's preferences and dislikes side by side. This shows, for example, that fun and excitement is a match, while personal growth is a mismatch.
- Without a selected job profile you see no culture match score, only the candidate's own preferences and dislikes.
