1. Open the job profile editor
Click Job profiles at the top. From there you go to the editor to view existing job profiles or create a new one.
2. View your existing profiles
The profiles you have already created are listed clearly in the portal. Expand a profile to see exactly what it contains.
3. Create a new profile
There are two ways. Duplicate an existing profile and adjust it, or start from scratch. Give the profile a name and then click through the different sections.
4. Choose the competencies
Under competencies you choose which competencies matter for this role.
5. Choose the drivers
Under drivers you indicate which drivers matter for the profile.
6. Fill in the culture test
First select 8 preferences. Then choose 4 dislikes. These may not be the same as the preferences.
7. Set the intelligence level
Indicate which intelligence level matters for the role and the threshold above which candidates earn extra points for their match score.
8. Save the profile
Check the profile once more and save it. You will find it in the job profile editor afterwards.
- The 4 dislikes in the culture test may not overlap with the 8 preferences you chose earlier.
- The threshold for the intelligence level determines from which score candidates earn extra points in their match score. Choose it deliberately per role.
- Click the question mark at each step to read the definition of a competency, driver or culture preference.
- Does a new role resemble an existing one? Duplicate that profile and only adjust the differences. That is faster than starting over.
