How it works

A user-friendly 30-minute questionnaire in which candidates respond to statements about themselves. The assessment maps three key areas in one go: personality traits, core motives, and corporate culture preferences.

Grounded in science

Built on scientifically validated psychometric instruments. Personality is measured using the Big Five model (extraversion, conscientiousness, openness, emotional stability and service orientation), motives are measured using the Schwartz model of 10 universal core values, and cultural fit is mapped across 30 corporate culture preferences.

A complete candidate profile

The assessment reveals a candidate's natural aptitude for 26 competency indicators across four categories: Commercial, Operational, Interpersonal and Agility alongside their underlying drivers and cultural preferences. Together, these provide a broad and reliable picture of who a candidate truly is.

Easy-to-read reporting

Results are delivered in a clear infographic report that anyone in the organization can interpret. No psychology degree or expensive training required. Every candidate is automatically compared to your benchmark, and the software generates the 10 most relevant interview questions to dig deeper where it matters.
