A 15-minute adaptive questionnaire that measures three core cognitive domains: numerical, logical, and spatial reasoning. As the candidate progresses, the test dynamically selects each next question based on their previous answers keeping difficulty perfectly tuned to their ability.
The test is built on Item Response Theory and the Rasch model. Its internal validity has been independently confirmed by factor analysis from the University of Amsterdam (Prof. Dr. L.A. van der Ark and Dr. K.J. Kan), ensuring accurate and reliable measurement of cognitive ability.
A pool of 5,000+ questions, with minimal reliance on English proficiency or academic knowledge, keeps the test accessible and culturally fair. Each item has been calibrated on over 2,000 respondents, resulting in a short, sharp, and bias-free measurement.
Results are presented alongside a global norm group of over 2 million test-takers. You instantly see where a candidate ranks on overall cognitive ability and on each of the three reasoning domains, making the results easy to interpret and directly actionable.
The Big Five Personality Model assesses key personality traits that influence behavior and performance:
Captures a candidate's general intelligence a strong predictor of how quickly someone learns and performs on the job.
Measures the ability to analyze numerical information, spot patterns in data, and draw logical conclusions from numbers.
Assesses how well a candidate identifies patterns, draws conclusions from given facts, and solves abstract problems.
Evaluates the ability to mentally visualize, rotate, and manipulate shapes a key skill for roles that require structured thinking and problem-solving.
