Caring, Purpose, Learning, Enjoyment, Results, Authority, Safety and Order, the academic standard for company culture. Four specific characteristics per style, so you know not just which culture someone prefers, but exactly why.

Match score, green flags, red flags

No long reports. One clear culture-match score (0-100), with green flags (where it clicks) and red flags (where it doesn't). Bonus: for each red flag you get suggested interview questions to dig deeper.

The Big Five Personality Model assesses key personality traits that influence behavior and performance:

Cultural preference

What someone looks for in a work culture, measured along two axes (people interactions and response to change) and broken into eight recognisable culture styles: Caring, Purpose, Learning, Enjoyment, Results, Authority, Safety and Order.

Orange planet with irregular surface markings resembling craters or patches.

Culture Match

The degree of overlap between the candidate's preference and your organisation's culture. Expressed as a score from 0 to 100, with green flags (where it clicks) and red flags (where it doesn't) plus interview questions to dig into the red flags.
