OTYS

OTYS is recruitment software made by recruiters for recruiters. OTYS Go! combines an ATS with a CRM, a talent pool, a multiposter for publishing vacancies to job boards, AI search and match, and reporting, all in one system. It is used by recruitment agencies, temp and secondment agencies and corporate recruitment teams.

Selection Lab is one platform for the entire selection process, from first contact to first working day. AI agents take over the repetitive work. The Screening AI agent runs the first conversation with every applicant through SmartChat, over WhatsApp or web chat. The Planning AI agent books interviews at a time the candidate picks, and the Onboarding AI agent collects the required documents once the contract is signed. Validated assessments and game-based assessments measure skills, personality, motivation and cognitive ability.

Because your recruiters work in OTYS all day, screening and assessment outcomes belong there too. The integration lets the procedure statuses you already use in OTYS trigger a Selection Lab flow, and writes the results back to the candidate's procedure.

The OTYS integration with Selection Lab invites candidates to a Selection Lab flow automatically, based on the vacancy and procedure status in OTYS. The candidate is screened, assessed or scheduled by Selection Lab, and the outcomes are written back to the candidate's procedure in OTYS. No switching between systems, no copying data by hand.

You configure the integration per vacancy. For each vacancy you choose which flow to use and how it is triggered.

• Automatic. Every candidate with a procedure in the vacancy is invited.
• Semi-automatic. A candidate is invited once their procedure reaches a status you pick, for example Assessment or Second interview.

What the integration gives you

• Candidates are invited by email, and their mobile number is passed along so WhatsApp and SMS steps in the flow work as well
• Every step is written back as a procedure status of your choice, from invited, knockout completed and assessment completed to meeting scheduled and results shared
• The assessment report is attached to the candidate in OTYS as a document, so hiring managers open it where they already work
• Candidates stay in control of sharing their results. If they decline, the status reflects that and no report is attached
• Your statuses, your flows. You map each Selection Lab step to the OTYS statuses your team already uses

Good to know

The integration reads from OTYS and updates procedures, it does not create new candidates in OTYS. A procedure runs one flow at a time, and the invitation language is set once for your whole company.
