At Aethon, a problem had been at play for years that many care organizations will likely recognize. Not with separate tools or extra manual steps, but with one integrated flow of chat, Situational Judgement, and interview scheduling, fully connected to the ATS. The power of that approach lies especially in the Situational Judgement Test. It doesn't just show how a candidate reacts in a specific situation, but also gives a more honest picture of the work environment. And that is crucial in care.
