Candidates received a personal message asking whether they were still available and interested in new opportunities. Instead of receiving another business email, they had a short, conversational interaction that was completed in just two minutes.
At the same time, AXS also uses SmartChat for new applicants, allowing both new candidates and existing talent to move through one integrated recruitment platform.
7.5% of the talent pool was fully reactivated through the automated process. 5% immediately scheduled an interview with a recruiter. 17% unsubscribed.
This means that 24% of the talent pool was successfully qualified without a recruiter having to make a single phone call.
