Increase in successful placements
Scarcity in the labour market caused BOLD People to struggle to fill all openings at a Dutch bank where a bachelor's degree was a requirement. Banks did not dare deviate from their education requirement for candidates without some form of evidence, which unfairly excluded many qualified candidates.
In collaboration with The Selection Lab, BOLD People was able to demonstrate that candidates without a bachelor's degree had the required intelligence level. As a result, the bank relaxed its hard requirement for a bachelor's degree, giving BOLD People a larger candidate pool to draw from and enabling more than 10% more placements.
