In collaboration with Selection Lab, BOLD People was able to demonstrate that candidates without a bachelor's degree had the required intelligence level. As a result, the bank relaxed its hard requirement for a bachelor's degree, giving BOLD People a larger candidate pool to draw from and enabling more than 10% more placements.
