Handhaving Support is an organisation that recruits, seconds and trains enforcers. For their in-house training, they hire people who, after a successful exam, can start working as enforcers. However, many of these candidates have to retake this exam several times, which incurs a lot of costs.
Handhaving Support is een organisatie die handhavers werft, detacheert en opleidt. Voor hun interne opleiding nemen ze mensen aan die na een succesvol examen aan de slag kunnen als handhaver. Veel van deze kandidaten moeten dit examen echter meerdere keren herkansen, wat veel kosten met zich meebrengt.
Thereupon, Handhaving Support decided to improve the candidate selection process beforehand. In collaboration with The Selection Lab, they developed a job profile and used the assessment process to look for candidates who were a better fit.
Daarop besloot Handhaving Support om het selectieproces van kandidaten vooraf te verbeteren. In samenwerking met The Selection Lab ontwikkelden ze een functieprofiel en gebruikten ze het assessmentproces om kandidaten te vinden die beter bij de functie pasten.
