Stoov has experienced rapid growth in a short period. This fast-paced development brings challenges in recruitment, particularly in selecting the right candidates. To support this growth, Stoov sought a tool that is both professional and scalable. During this phase of growth, the existing selection tool proved inadequate for Stoov’s needs. The assessments being used were too expensive, making them unsustainable for a rapidly growing company. Additionally, the tool lacked user-friendliness: the HR team could not independently send invitations to candidates. The reports were also complex and difficult to interpret, slowing down the process and making it less effective. This hindered the primary goals of ensuring the quality of new hires and maintaining a professional image.
