How it works

A questionnaire of about 30 minutes in which an AI avatar calmly reads out the questions. The candidate responds to statements in a familiar flow. The avatar can be a neutral, professional AI figure, or a recording of someone from your own team.

Your own team-member avatar

A colleague records about two minutes of video using a script we provide. Our technology turns that recording into an interactive avatar that can deliver all the questions, in the same voice, with the same expressions. A test experience that is literally one of your team.

Set your own background

The avatar's background is fully customisable. Your office, a company image, a team photo or a neutral brand frame. From the first second, the candidate feels this is a test at your company, not at a random provider.

Same science as Big Five

The measurement itself is identical to our Big Five Personality assessment: 26 competency indicators, 10 universal motives per the Schwartz model, and 30 culture dimensions. The final report is the same clear infographic overview. The science stays, only the wrapping changes.
