Objectives

The Big Five Personality Model assesses key personality traits that influence behavior and performance:

Step 1: The opening message

A pre-approved chat template in the candidate's language, with their name and the company pre-filled. Two quick-reply buttons: 'Yes, tell me more' or 'Not interested'. No typing, the highest-converting option.

Step 2: The checklist

The AI walks through six (or more) questions, one at a time. For example: openness to a new job, desired hours, salary expectations, availability, willingness to travel. Each question has an expected answer; the AI judges free-text responses against the recruiter's criteria.
