Who am I

A full Big Five personality picture in two minutes, without the questionnaire. No long questions, no 1-to-7 scales. Who am I flashes words past — 'organiser', 'adventurer', 'analyst' — and candidates respond on instinct: does this fit me, or not? In two minutes you get a complete Big Five picture: openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness and emotional stability. Just as reliable as long-form academic tests, but without making candidates wade through 60 items.
