The six main dimensions are measured via 25 sub-scales. Emotional stability (5 sub-scales), conscientiousness (4), extraversion (3), agreeableness (5), openness (5) and integrity (3). The report gives you both levels: the overview and the detail.
A short, smoothly administered online questionnaire. The candidate is presented with statements and responds. The score lands automatically in your environment, ready for a selection decision or coaching conversation. No paper versions, no manual marking.
Two validated norm groups, depending on the goal. The selection norms compare the candidate to applicants in similar roles. The coaching norms compare to the general working population, for coaching, development and reintegration.
Results come back in a comprehensive report that shows scores both in charts and in plain language. Strengths and pitfalls are explicitly named. NOA-VU requires training for correctly interpreting and feeding back the scores, depending on your experience with similar assessments.
The Big Five Personality Model assesses key personality traits that influence behavior and performance:
Overall well-being, from emotional lability to stability. Underlying sub-scales for emotional control, self-confidence, flexibility, anxiety and anger.
External versus internal orientation. Sub-scales measure social courage, assertiveness and need for attention.
Discipline and adjustment to environmental demands. Broken down into rules and certainty, orderliness, perseverance and achievement motivation.
How someone deals with others, their feelings and needs. Sub-scales for caring, harmony, social warmth, trust in others and interest in others.
Attitude towards new experiences and learning. Broken down into creativity, curiosity, initiative, adventurousness and need for excitement.

The sixth dimension the Big Five misses. Honesty, sincerity and need for status and possessions. For many roles the most predictive trait of reliability and long-term trust.
