For lawyers, accountants, healthcare professionals, DPOs and compliance staff these are daily dilemmas. Knowing the right choice is one thing, taking it in the moment is another. The Workplace Ethical Decisions Assessment measures in 20 multiple-choice questions whether a candidate can analyse concrete work situations and act responsibly. 3 Reasons we love this assessment

01
Knowledge and application
Knowing what's allowed is not the same as doing what's right. The test measures both: knowledge of professional codes and rules, plus the ability to apply that knowledge in a concrete scenario.
02
Professional codes from multiple sectors
Legal, accountancy, healthcare, financial services and public sector each have their own ethical frameworks. The test covers the most common codes and checks which of them a candidate understands and can apply.
03
Grey zones made concrete
Most ethical dilemmas are not black-and-white choices. They sit in what no one wants to spell out. The test shows scenarios from that grey zone and measures whether the candidate navigates them calmly and structured.
